Credit Platform Overview
DEBT OPPORTUNITY FUNDS
To date, BH3 has launched two debt fund vehicles, which have invested in both performing and non-performing secured loans, secured by high-quality assets located in primary U.S. MSAs, via senior and/or mezzanine positions.
CO-INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Co-Investments are offered to BH3 debt fund investors when capacity is available outside the debt fund vehicles and have historically totaled a meaningful amount of opportunities for limited partners during the term of the funds.
